How do I push more players forward into the box for set pieces. I seem to only attack corners with 4/5 players and there doesn’t appear to be a way to change or alter that. Or am I missing something?

The idea this isn’t an issue is laughable. It’s also the same with contract offers. A player available on a free transfer will demand higher wage from you than the AI. Embarrassing that this is a thing year after year. The game this year is genuinely disgraceful.

Except they are. I’m two seasons in. I’d say it’s very unrealistic to suggest Bournemouth will have new owners having gotten new owners less than a year ago. Or in the case of villa where the club are flying, owners are very wealthy and have heavily invested. It’s quite obvious some clubs are far less likely to have a takeover than others. There’s not really a point to argue here.

What is with this game and ‘takeovers’. Every five minutes there’s a takeover. Even at completely unrealistic clubs like Villa and Bournemouth. Really needs to be toned down.

Without question one of the worse things ever brought into FM. The whole demanding a loaned player plays in a specific role (pressing forward etc) Like it’s beyond stupid and something unimaginable in real life. Just imagine the convo in real life. Pep “ Hi ‘insert human manager name’ I’ve noticed that whilst Phill Bobb has played 30/30 league games this season I’ve noticed that when he plays up front he tackles harder and closes down more, could he not do that and instead just move into channels and if not I’ll have to recall him”. How this is still included in the game is truly staggering.

Presumably this bypasses those requirements and they can play anyway.
