As per the OP, we cannot suggest how many leagues would be possible as without testing the machine ourselves it's pure speculation and people's expectations are different in terms of what is acceptable for processing speed. 

But that is a strong CPU in that machine and should handle multiple countries with ease.

Would FM 21 run fine on this guys? How many leagues would be loadable?
