[Editor data not showing in FM24]

No idea how to edit OP, so I'll write it here as a comment.

Issue was in the file type. FM24 uses .fmf files, and those above weren't. Except for the one I made. However I managed to fix the problem by deleting the 'editor data' folder and then opening the editor and creating a new file and after that I had a new 'editor data' folder and now FM recognize it.

Not really, it's their way of saying "we don't want you to overspend". It might be a bug, but I highly doubt.

Doesn't necessarily mean it's broken, it might be your board restricting how much wage you can offer,
