  1. Just a suggestion for when you negotiate a transfer: Currently you can structure a contract that includes add-ons for number of games, international appearences etc. I would like to see that extended so that you can include add-ons based on success. For example, money if you win the league or a cup (as was done with Wayne Rooney) Or on the flip side money if you stay in the division (I know that Birmingham have structured a lot of there deals this way when they were in the Premier League, giving an initial payment then the rest structured over time based on them being in the premiership) So for example if you are a newly promoted club this would be a good way to try and structure a deal. And another little thing that has been mentioned before, I think its important to be able to tell young players that they are going on loan for first team experience so they dont think you want to get rid of them!!
