I had the same problem (I think it's a common issue) with windows 10 and found a workaround that resolved for me:
-switched the editor in window mode, than I made the window the smallest I can, dragging the borders;
-in the windows options, display options, under "scale and layout", changed the size to 100%

-After that the panel has reappeared and I could resize the text and the editor's window .
Unfortunately it is only a temporary solution and when you will open again the editor you need to do again the same procedure

I really appreciated your work, I'm not new in editing so I know how much work is there. 
However I am afraid to tell you that qualification for the Concacaf Champions League does not work. I winned two times the bahamian championship with the Western Warriors, but every time another team went into it. The last time it was the team fifth in the regular season. I could't do other than abandon this save.

For all Carribean North American countries that I did, it's OK because the teams are qualified directly for the 2nd phase of CFU Championship and it work very well.

But for the very small countries that I don't made and who are qualified for the 1st phase of the CFU Championship, there is this bug with the CFU.  I have already looked, made several changes but, it's same, I can't understand why.

Maybe you had already tried it.. for the second stage I noticed that you have, in the "teams" tab, every league winner listed, plus teams qualified from the stage "0". In the first stage instead, you have only "get qualified team for comp". Is it possible that is the problem? What if you add all the league winners in the "teams" tab of the first stage, like the second stage?

Hi Classen, regarding the CFU club Championship and the qualification for the Concacaf Champions League, I only notice a problem when you start the game in the early 2016 (i.e. I loaded Cuba, starting in January 2016), in the first season the qualification from CFU does not work. Probably the problem is there are teams already registered for the year 2016, in the Concacaf Champions League comp. Maybe the solution is to erase from the competition the registered caribbean teams for the year 2016, even if you will have not the three teams that are in the real life if you will start a game in the summer (i.e. july 2016).

Thanks for your hard work again @claassen, and I really appreciated you are adding prize money to all the leagues.

I have a question: for the caribbean region, do you think you will make the same leagues of the fm16 pack? I want to start in the next future a save in the caribbean area, and I have the project to do myself the other leagues (with real format and rules when possible), in order to have all the caribbean nations playable. It would be useful for me to know what leagues you are planning in the manner I can start the work

Great news. I really appreciated your work in the past years. The only thing I hope you will add prize money for finishing in a determined position in all the leagues, also for the leagues where they are unknow. I like to start from lower countries and a simbolic prize money, at the starting of the game,  is anyway important because you can significantly improve it, when the reputation of your league improves. It is difficult to develop clubs from small countries when you can only count on sponsors or attendance money .

Anyway I'm able provide myself to add money prizes

These files can work only when you load a new game, not with saved games.

If there is a manner to do it, surely is only with the official in-game editor (the pre-game editor is pretty useless in this particular case) or with FMRTE (another in-game editor). I am not sure since I never tried, but probably the only possible thing is to change or remove a retire date but when the player is still active, I don't know if it is possible to bring back a player already retired.
