Happened to my assistant manager. I have a post on it above. Really annoying more than anything. Spent hours assembling my backroom staff. No explanation.

I have at various times employed staff to a different role to which they naturally are set for. More annoying than anything else. Hope the rest of my backroom staff don't change 😯

Hi. Not using any editor data.
I am only using a custom skin I downloaded. Never seen this before in any version I have played.

as the images show my assistant managers stats have dropped dramatically in only a couple of days. personality change as well. anyone else have this or is it a bug?

Gragera was wanted by a lot of big clubs and after holding on hoping he would turn into a star he never really got any better so was sold maybe 3 seasons in. Got rid of Gaspar and Rosas early on. I had big hopes for Pelayo Morilla and he is the one who is still in the team. He can play AMC but I play him on the left. Vice captain now played over 200 games he is an all rounder. Players like Mendez, Garcia, Diaz and Marino were steady 1st team players until we improved. Enjoy.

Sporting have such an abundance of talent from the get go- tempted to start a save actually although their kits this season are diabolical which has put me off.
I play with an AMC so he looks ideal for that position. I want to give him a full season in the u19's to develop and bang some goals in before I decide his next step. I'm thinking a simple AMC on support who helps out but drives forward with the ball. He certainly has the team ethics to lend a hand and flair to excite. Sporting has been fun. I still have one youth from the original team who is in the side.

First team material already at 15. Best newgen i have had and I've had a few good ones for my Real Sporting side.

What clubs will hire me regarding coaching badges

Clubs have star ratings the same as players. Is there a minimum coaching badge you must possess to get an interview at a club looking for a new manager. As in if I have a national b licence can I only expect to get an interview at 1 and a half or 2 star clubs? Or will a 3 star club entertain me? Does anyone have a graph or table with suggestions on this?
