OK, I have just moved to managing another team, and options are back in place. If needed, i can provide current save state.

No available options on "Transfer and Contract responsibilities"

gagister posted an issue in Transfers, Contracts, Scouting, Recruitment Meetings and Staff Responsibilities

I have encountered bug that all the options on "Transfer and Contract responsibilities" are missing, so I can not delegate them. They are available in all other saves I have. Steps to reproduce - Open "Staff/Responsibilities/Transfers and Contracts", first two tabs are empty
