Already tried that as I said. Didn’t work.

Ever since the new update I can’t load any tactics.

Seems to be trying to load from a folder up. I click on tactics to get into that folder but it says The file cannot be imported. 
I remember this on previous versions and clearing the cache in interface settings fixed it. 
Doesn’t on this one. 
Game is completely useless if I can’t change tactics. 
 

Any Ideas?

I had this. I found if you reset to default in the preferences it fixes it.

Sent Sega an email only to be told they can’t refund as it’s an Apple device. Apple won’t refund as its purchased last year. Awesome.

 One of the bugs seem to get addressed. This one has been annoying for a long time. Now on top of this we have the iOS 13 bug where you can’t access cross sync files. Frustrating when the game isn’t cheap but treated as nothing by the developers. Few updates, no database editing, at least being able to use update files would be good

I’m guessing with the upcoming release of FM 20 they aren’t really looking into this issue much. Very disappointing
