does anybody else have problem with match rules in continental rules?? for example, i set number of U21 players in starting eleven, however that rule doesn't show in game (bug maybe?)

in nation rules (advanced) is it possible to restrict reserve teams in some leagues of football pyramid??

I was just kidding, but it would be interesting one surely.. I was thinking creating Croatian legends database myself - including former internationals and players from Croatian league.. But yeah, it takes time..

Yes, using basic rules league and cup winner can play both in champions league and CWC.. However, i dont know how to set that runner up of cup plays in CWC instead.. in advanced rules..

Why not?? Or you are planning to add cup winners cup than??

What about national cup winners?? You didn't put them in "qualified teams" section??

@Wolf_pd or somebody else little help here, In Champions League, Is it possible to allocate qualification places differently per nation?? E.g. 3 places instead of 4 places for major nations??

DID ANYONE CREATE DATABASE TO RETURN RUSSIA IN UEFA COMPETITIONS??

There's also issue with competition history when importing data from 23 to 24.. E.g. I have set for whole load of competitions history back to season 2016/2017.. And now, in Editor 2024, there is only visible history from season 2019/2020 onward..

But I have this issue when trying to verify single division after I made changes.. It stays "verified", but I can not verify it again.. And in upper right corner says "not verified"

I make changes, and competitions still stay as verified, however I can not verify it again.. Any solution??

editor as tool had its flaws all these years, but this year is nightmare far as i can see

can you write down what should be deleted, but step by step please?? so i would give a go to see if it works..

I can report same issue as above too.. So I imported FM23 database in FM 24, verified it, and than crash while creating new game..

I'm trying to create some continental competition and I believe this issue has been raised already: Is there any workaround for it??

Several years ago, I tried to add lower league players much as possible, however I realized there's no point adding players without proper information - most importantly - D.O.B. and playing position. It would be extremely hard to follow up all lower league transfers during season as well. In last several years there are many added players in game for clubs in current 3rd and 4th level. I can say that's my contribution to FM research department. However, there are plenty of RL lower league managers in database, so I could try to update database with new managers for next season.

ID you are referring to was for "old" third level parent competition (now fourth level, which in RL has 5 groups/ child competitions - north, south, east, west, central). So, yes, I created new third level competition from scratch. E.g. you must be aware, in RL, new third level from season 2022/2023 is called "Druga Nogometna Liga" (translated - Croatian Second League, and in game that same level is called "Croatian Third League". So, to avoid any confusion while creating database I decided to create that brand new competition from scratch.

Opening post is updated with complete database. Database is compatible with latest patch. There are several fixes and addons.

I'll wait till winter update comes out.. I just want to be sure database is compatible with newest release..

Does anybody know how to edit stadium sides in editor?? @krlenjushka somehow made it possible several years ago, but now I can't find it..
