Season 1 Transfers Season 1 League Table I won the league without losing a single game (which I haven't managed with any other club). I won the League Cup and FA Cup too, but I was knocked out of the CL QF against Man Utd. Season 2 - Pre Season Transfers Players IN L.Jimenez - £2.9M V.Behrami - £12M D.Alves - £40M T.Taiwo - £11M Players OUT P.Crouch - £12.75M (Man City) F.Aurelio - £11M (Portsmouth) D.Guthrie - £6.5M (Bolton) J.Riise - £11.5M (Newcastle) Rafinha - £14M + £40M after next Int. App. (Inter) I didn't want to sell Riise, but I needed a full-back with more pace. I have £90M left to spend now (plus around 40M more when Rafinha plays for Brazil), so I'll buy some players in January if needed. Great start to the league this season (though I lost 2-1 to Man Utd in the Community Shield). stevie_G_32201 Posted July 2, 2008 Share Posted July 2, 2008 ok here we go im back on the forums again! i celebrated by starting a new game first premiership game champions league qualifer 1st leg 2 good results to start me off my formation is like this i created it myself with tweaks over several differnt "new games" formation and of course dont forget the transfers i made in and players i sold players bought and sold i also beat bolton 2-0 away (huntleear and van der varrt) and ashamed to say it but lost 4-1 to newcastle but first game of the season makes up for the loss IMO. rate this start? thanks ~~stevie G~~ Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Lost in the league cup using mostly my backup Torres is on fire with 15 goals from 16 games.
