Could someone advise me of the CA range each level of footballer would fall into? E.g. 'standard' Premier League squad player CA130-150? 'standard' Championship squad player CA120-140? And so on..... The average starting CA for a premiership player on the game is around 130-150, with MOST being around 140. Obviously it changes with which team you take, the top being more around 150-170, and the bottom being around 120-150, with definate exceptions. Coasterkoa Posted May 13, 2009 Share Posted May 13, 2009 I did a little research on this a while back, basically took the the highest rep, a middle rep, and the lowest rep clubs in each division and averaged the CA of their best XI players: Man Utd Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 173.54 (STDEV of 6.89) West Ham Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 143.82 (STDEV of 5.62) Hull Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 129.00 (STDEV of 6.34) Birmingham Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 127.73 (STDEV of 3.72) Norwich Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 111.82 (STDEV of 8.07) Blackpool Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 107.82 (STDEV of 4.05) Leeds Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 111.09 (STDEV of 3.45) Crewe Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 88.63 (STDEV of 3.59) Hereford Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 79.09 (STDEV of 4.83) Luton Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 87.36 (STDEV of 9.53) Lincoln Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 78.00 (STDEV of 5.85) Aldershot Average CA (Best XI on each team) = 71.27 (STDEV of 4.54) The reason I did this was to compare the leagues with American leagues, so if you have any interest in that sort of thing: MLS Average CA (Best XI on each team for entire league) = 117.76 USL-1 Average CA (Best XI on each team for entire league) = 93.07 USL-2 Average CA (Best XI on each team for entire league) = 75.43 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
