LUFC Barmy Army
Ive been offered the England job a couple of times, but ive never managed the U21 or U19 teams. Is it possible to be offered or even get the opportunity to take the job?

arsenal_2111
You could also apply for the national team job and just choose to take control of your U-21 games. Btw, Generation-Next, that whole capitals thing is very annoying:p:D
Generation-Next
Sorry i cant help it .............. i just wrote that in capitals and went back and changed it haha
Hazzydeepy
I dont think you gain much recognition for managing a U21 or U18 team according to views around the forum. However, it must be fun to manage the up and coming players in a specific nation.
LUFC Barmy Army
Yeh that would be one of the reasons for doing it! Cheers for the advice
IbrahimAliMaher
On FM08 the England manager can appoint and sack the U21 and U19 coaches. I wasted no time in getting rid of Stuart Pearce, but after no established managers wanted the job I had to give it to Mike Phelan. I got some coach from Coventry as the U19 manager.
