lam Posted March 24, 2009 Share Posted March 24, 2009 Hi, Jumping is an Aerobic attribute. Areial Ability is a Goal keeping attribute. If you are talking about a GK then the above is enough. If you are looking to train an outfield playing in being able to jump and head the ball then you need Aerobic (Jump) and Ball Control (Heading).
