James_Lang
Okay, I have been playing the game just fine. A few hours ago I decided to do this so i could open FM On my desktop without being connected to steam. C:\Program Files\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Football Manager 2009\ and right click the fm.exe file and choose "send to desktop (create shortcut)" I started playing my game and within the space of around two weeks 8 of my first team players got injuries. My question is does the patch still work if i open football manager through that shourtcut rather than steam?
jod123
Yeah it does. The game is still 9.2.0.
peter-evo
What is the 'version number' on the 'game status' screen.
James_Lang
It's fully patched up. So is it just a coinsedence that I got these injuries?
peter-evo
Looks like it is one of those unfortunate things.
jod123
Yeah, it is. It has got nothing to do with your patch not working anyway.
