dudeface
Why won't they get another job? Managers like Fabio Capello, sir alex ferguson and Avram Grant never get jobs after they've been sacked/resigned...at least on fm08. Has this been fixed on fm09? I am unsure about Avram Grant, but managers like Capello and Ferguson should be programmed to retire after their reigns with the clubs/nations they start the game at comes to an end. This is most probably done to mirror that of what you would expect them to do in real-life.
jod123
Most managers do. In my game David O'Leary is manager again for example. I think Avram Grant is a manager as well in my game.
Joe The Tiger
Top managers are appointed managers now. In FM08 Mourinho would never get a job but now all the top managers are appointed quickly.
