bored101
whenever it pre season i always select my ass manager to take charge of pre season games. i dont really take too much time looking at the results ussualy just looking at the fixture list to see what the score was and who scored. now i selected a 4-5-1 formation in pre season and did my own settings to it. now i checked a pre match game after this and realised that my ass manager was playing a 4-4-2. wasnt too happy with this because it made me wonder does this affect the players that the tactics are changing? because im always wary of making lots of changes before games because it might have a bad effect on the players. so will this have any effect on the players and my new formation with the ass manager changing it ? Glenn Wakeford
Possibly. Constantly jumping between tactical styles could unsettle some of your players and they might not work in a team as well as they have less practice playing a particular way.
