How do you build your stats up? Is hands-on-approach telling the players they are crap when they play bad?

arsenal_2111
Just like to point out that if you have low stats in certain areas, it doesnt mean your a bad manager. These stats determine your style of management, not how good'a manager you are!

And for the Tactical Consistency, how exactly is that based? I like to start different people to keep them fit, especially having a LOT of good young players. How can I fix this? I run the same 4-4-2 Attacking tactic as always, for years, I dont get it... Any help apprectiated, PM me if you can! Thanks!

Marquez
Is domestic player bias based on players from my country (ex: I'm Bayern München manager and I constantly transfer Turks, like Hamit Altintop, Yildiray, Halil Altintop, Tugay, Tuncay etc.) or players from that country (ex: Lahm, Klose etc. to Bayern)? Wenger buying lots of young French stars would give him a low score. Looks like Neyles has Arsenal as his feeder club
