No, your computer should be able to read the disk. If your mates copy does not work you have a problem with your computer. Is FM08 a DVD or CD... You're going to have to get good sunny jim. Find out the make and model of your drive, visit the manufactures website and browse the support area. You're looking for 'Firmware or Driver' updates.
