Net Transfer Spent question

 Hello Every1

I have a stupid question since I did not completely understand something.

When you go on the league stats> team detailed and you scroll down there are information about finances.

Now here I do not understand where the numbers from Salary per Annum and the Net Transfer spent come from? can someone explain me how they are calculated?

I would assume the disparity in the net transfer spends is Agent fees, and the disparity in the wage spend is staff salary. No idea if that's the case, but it seems like the kind of thing FM would do.

I try to be more precise:

From the History of my transfers you can see I have spent 85 Mio (Transfer in) and sold for 82 Mio (Transfer out) that's a difference of 3 Mio, so what is shown in the season Preview Tab of My team with 4.03 and that is fine for me.

What I do no understands instead is why for Transfer Net Spent I see 12.92 Mio. Where does this come from, how is it calulated? can it be as Smoo says from Agent fees and similar? Moreover I spend 214 Mio in wages of 235 Mio available, how come they say salary per annum 187Mio , where does this come from, do you have any ideas?

Do you have any installments being payed out from previous seasons? As for wages, perhaps paying wages for players already sold?

Agent fees and installments for the transfer discrepancy and I reckon the difference between the 187m and 214m is Staff.

no, i do not pay wages for sold players, maybe the bonus at signatures and agent fees in the contracts and yes I will check for the staff thing as 9cloud9 says, but I still would like to have a comprehensive understanding of this numbers.

Even if for what I understood what we can do to control the expenses is  1) through the wages and staff salaries and 2) winning trophies?

One thing that used to catch me out - though I have no idea if it’s a factor here - is that appearence fees and goal/ clean sheet/ assist and trophy bonuses are not counted in your listed salary commitments but do come out of the wage budget. This can lead to a significant overspend. I no longer offer appearence fees in contracts and I have never had a negotiation fail as a result.

Now I have found an answer about the transfer numbers, I can find the info in Finances>Expenditure  where I see this season 112.179.370  and  for Income Finances>Income this season 98.818.597 and the difference is exactly 13.360...

Still not sure for the Annual Salary value

Your salary per annum was 187m euros. If you look at your last season costs it's broken down: player wages (162,419.030) & staff wages (23,090.240.) Added together is = 185,509.270. Seems close.
