This was a popular save on the CSE forum a long time ago, however it probably makes more sense here nowadays.

 

The idea is you begin in Tier 6 of England with a previously unplayable team. One manager will begin in the Vanarama North, the other in the South. Every year, a new user will take over the team under the same manager. You can either do this challenge as a Youth only challenge or dafuge challenge. If you get fired, the next manager will take over for the remainder of that season AND next season. Let's introduce the managers:
