All managers with over 1,000 competitive matches each (between them they have managed 6,735 matches) but between them they have 6 Serie B, 4 Serie C1, 3 Serie C2, 2 Serie D, 1 Eccellenza, 1 Promozione, 2 Serie C Cup,1 Serie D Cup, 1 Coppa Italia, 1 Anglo-Italian Cup & 1 Intertoto Cup. Not a vast array of silverware and that is what this career will be about, just the struggles of a manager. No super tactics or anything like that, in fact I won't technically be doing anything. I'll be relying on my staff as they will be making all the signings and even setting the tactic and the instructions which will likely make it even harder to get the right results and probably end up with a lot of sackings. I've loaded just Italy down to the Eccellenza (Tier 5) as playable (down to Prima Categoria (Tier 7)) as view-only. I will go on holiday for the first few months to get rid of most of the vacant jobs then take over a struggling 5th tier side that have sacked their manager to hopefully try and save them. Makoto Nakamura Posted January 9 Author Share Posted January 9 2024/25 Pre-Season Pre-Season went alright but I'm really worried going into this season, like I said I would be leaving everything to the staff and so far going into the first game of the season all we've brought in is a 2* CA GK. We have lost two players to retirement, three players joined new clubs at the start of the season and 12 players at the expiry of their contracts. I got a bit annoyed here, most teams wouldn't go into the league season without a back four so I had to intervene and I physically went and asked the DoF to sign some players on deadline day, thankfully we have won two games now to keep us off the foot of the table.
