I wonder how I can change the unique ID number?

I plan to make 30+ new countries

I think you can get about 15-20 new countries from the extinct ones before they start producing hard-coded newgens you can't change (Borneo Malay, Singh Indian etc that seem to be reserved for affecting second nationalities in that part of the world)

Would it be usefull to use Borneo Malay and Singh Indian in specific situation were their second nationalities would be of use?
