Editor verifies league with 20, game only finds 19.

So, bit of a tricky/odd one because I'm doing a bit of a Frankenstein's monster here.

I've taken the FM20 Return of the legends database from davidczv and tried to adapt that player base into my own version of an European Super League I've built in his very database.

So far, so good, some fixes done, verified, trying to load the game.

Suddenly I am greeted by this:


It tells me that it only finds 19 teams for ESL Division B despite it clearly verifying everything with 20 teams in the basic rules. 
Any idea what could cause this and how I can get around it?

Any help or fixed from more experienced users is very much appreciated!

Edit: Right, so always after posting something shows up: I went into AR, it verified just fine there as well, now the error didn't show up. Will go into testing to see if that was all it took to "fix" the issue. Still wonder which club the game had an issue with.
