Tactical Style

Just a quick one, I'm just curios as to if this is a bug. At first i thought it was a new feature that only allows first team managers to show their preferred tactical style but then i found cases that prove otherwise. 

I can't see coaching staffs preferred tactical style at all even my clubs u21s and u18s managers.

I can't see some first team managers preferred tactical style as shown in my screenshots attached

However if by luck i can see them a lot of managers tactical style is wing play.

If anyone can advise please.

I dunno, I suspect not every manager has a set style in the database? I checked my game and in mine Arteta has one, but Gerrard does not.

@XaW would you say that it’s a bug or the way the game is now? 

Also out of curiosity in your save do majority of prem managers have wing play as their style? Would you agree with all current prem managers style in your save?

No clue still. I think it would be a research issue, if there is one.

In my save 10 out of 20 managers of the PL teams have Wing Play, the rest is a mix of the others. As if I agree, well, I'm in 2033 and these are the managers:

And I don't know all of them, but the ones I do know seem correct (Pep, Ange, Deschamps etc)

It’s weird cos in my save for every unemployed managers, no tactical style is shown, only employed managers in some leagues but not all employed managers which is strange. Also no coaches at all for example, I can’t see the tactical style of any u21s, u18s managers, assistant managers and first team coaches not one single coaching staff. Which I don’t mind as I see a bit of realism to that as they are not the person in the hot seat but just wanted to know if this is a bug to be honest.

"Wing play" overuse was mentioned in the patch notes I think.
