Realistic prize money

So I'm creating continental superleagues and was wondering how much should prize money be? I want it do be realistic so that clubs don't end up hoarding money or start spending it weirdly. This mostly refers to the smaller clubs because they usually end up with a lot of money but they don't spend it at all (for example they get 60 millions but spend like 5 on transfers and don't do anything else).

So, there are 3 divisions with regional divisions under it so what should the prize money be for each division? First 3 divisions have reputation 180-170-160 and top regional division 140 (is reputation ok or should I also change it)?

For my continental Superleagues I used the amounts that are given out in the PL for the first tier, then built from there. Initially just a slight decline because particularly my european SL is so stacked that high price money down a few tiers was justified, because if a club made it there they would eventually need to spend that amount.
When I re-did it, I went for a stronger drop from Div 1 to Div 2, then a gradual decline.

Yeah that's probably the best way to do it. Can you share or at least tell me how your continental superleagues look? I still can't decide for other continents other than Europe so it would be nice to have some new ideas. I'm thinking about splitting Asia into east and west, merging Oceania with the east and adding Cyprus, Israel, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia and Turkey to the west.

I've only done Europe (including Turkey, Cyprus, Israel and Russia; basically went with the games distinction in terms of continental cups), South America and Africa as those were the most interesting to be, and usually created a league structure with between 4 and 9 main divisions + divisions for B and youth teams.

Splitting Asia is a fair consideration depending on how representative and how in-depth you want your asian SL to be.
