Substitution Rules

I'm attempting to edit the database so that for the Premier League, FA cup and Carabao Cup, the substitution rules are 5 from 12 (max 3 stoppages)

Its working fine in the Premier League no issues.

I've attempted to replicate this for the cup completions, setting the substitution rules under "Round Defaults" to "5 from 12 in 3 stops" as I have done in the League but for some reason its not activating and still saying its a max of 9 subs

Anyone know why?

I had it working in FM23 and have copied all the settings across so i'm really stuck

Round defaults only apply for rounds that don't have their own setting. The Fourth Round onwards all have their own individual sub rule set, so you'd need to edit all of those, not just the default ones.

Thanks buddy! It was driving me insane and I feel so stupid for not checking the individual rounds now!
