i kind of have a idea in my head how i want my team to play but i do not think it will work as you said the two styles i want go against each other in my head i see it working lol

Fluid counterattack?

I think of last year's Lazio when I look at the title albeit they were more vertical tiki taka combined with sparks of genius play and they were able to transition well even when the counter wasn't on. Created overloads on both sides of pitch when in the middle third and they didn't send half of their squad on the opposition backline when in the attacking third which made it easier to press when out of possession.

I agree fluid counter-attack is the closest to a "tiki taka counter-attacking style".
