EvilWolf1980
I loaded in a mod on steam that allowed me to load all english leagues I took over warminister and after many many years I took them to the premier league I dont know if I stumbled on a golden tactic but we won the premier league and champions league and the FA cup and the other one cant remember its name 3 years running back to back. its like im getting tired of winning.. so I resigned and took a random job at the first club to offer me an interview and it was sunderland and I just won the premier league and champions league with them. I am running out of ideas. I tried managing a team in italy and france and germany and spain but I didnt care about the teams I was playing against like I do in england and failed to feel motivated. am I coming to the end of my love of football manager after 10 years? Iggy Hassan
Why not try Scotland? Still in Britain with familiar teams. I've had some great saves there.

SPE3D
Why this game needs levels. Should never be possible to do this.

If you want a real challenge, then you could always join us in the youth only challenge. Here, we take over a team newly promoted into the lowest tier after a season of holiday and ONLY are allowed to use the original squad and whatever comes through the youth intakes with the goal of winning the top league as well as the CL. No transfers in, and no loans. The really fun challenge here is that your tactic will depend on what players you get in, and while you are some impact on it (the tactical preferences of your Head of youth development), you often can't just find something that works and use it, unless you are willing to extensively retrain your players and chance on missing out on it. Some of the fun is not just completing it, but reporting back to other players and discuss how to take the next step. Personally, I've almost only played this since FM13 or something (only doing some test games and the like around it), and I've completed the challenge ONCE in over 10 years. England is a very nice place to do this challenge, as the intakes are often good, and you have loads of tiers to slowly become better and better before you gain promotion, and your team is the worst one again. Then improve and improve and look for the next promotion. Seeing as you want something new, that also might challenge your tactical setup, this could be up your alley. If you are interested, the thread is here, just remember to read the rules before starting a new save, to make sure you comply with the rules set.
