About Youth Level Improve

Youth level is always level 1 how can I improve this? My facilities and coaches are good enough. I dont know this mechanics and I wonder about it. How does this mechanic work? What does it do and how can I upgrade it?

If it refers to the NATIONAL youth level, you can't change it anyway.

Very much so. IIRC the league I'm managing in, Scotland is 3; the likes of Monserrat would be the lowest level.

 

I think, maybe, if you take a club from an 'unfancied' nation and win continental trophies year after year, you might have some small influence on the national rating. Could be wrong though - never achieved that level of success myself.

iirc youth level is just a thing for the English leagues level 1 play against other level one in youth competition.

Either way as alluded to level 1 is the highest level
