Crashing on Mac

I've got an issue with my save where I cannot progress. Any time I try to progress the game crashes, saying FM23 quit unexpectedly. I can navigate the menus as normal, but any time I try to advance, crash.

Have looked online and have deleted preferences and cache folders to try and fix but problem is still occurring. From what I can see, it may be an issue with the new macOS?? 

Has anyone else had this problem? And if so, is there an easier fix?

I'm using the latest macOS and I don't experience any issues at all. I recommend creating your own topic in the bugs section with sharing your crash log. @Jack19

The same on Ventura 13.5

Uninstalled and reinstalled too but no luck.  All specs etc are more than fine but the game crashes on start-up from Steam launch.

Any ideas guys?
