ElJuanvito Posted July 7, 2023 Share Posted July 7, 2023 Hey guys, as far as I've seen, IWBs begin inverting once the ball has been played to a midfielder or forward, they remain as normal fullbacks when the defense has the ball. Johnny Ace Posted July 8, 2023 Share Posted July 8, 2023 I've not used IWBs much this year but first and foremost they are still Wingbacks in the fullback position so are treated by the ME as such. Central roles and wide roles are treated differently, you could say the same between the strata's too (John Stones role) and things aren't fluid enough to blur the lines enough yet All you can do is do the best with what's available, try and leave the role as much space as possible Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
