Advice Request: Overwhelmed at Arsenal

I just realized I very rarely run any of the European mega clubs (I usually play small to mid club journeyman for about 20 seasons). 

So, I just got a job at Arsenal and am bit overwhelmed with the amount of resources and responsibilities across multiple teams!

Any tips on what I should prioritize first in managing a big club like Arsenal? Should I start with staff, players, tactics, training, or transfers?

For me, I’d say find a tactic that’s gonna work for you and the players that are there, and maximise what your staff can give you. There’s always massive gains that can be made in staffing.

Thanks for the suggestions.

After the initial shock of having to handle contracts and instructions for some 30 staff and 60 players, I found that focusing on the Senior squad turned our to be very similar to any other mid-size club. So, I'm good now.
