Example I choose France I only select ligue 1. (because the game and the simulation goes faster) Possibility of training a U21 selection/nation. Opportunity to become an assistant/assistant coach. Possibility of loaning a player for a period of 2 years or more in the same club. We have to set the duration ourselves as is already the case for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.(Thibaut Courtois was loaned to atletico madrid for 3 years). The best players can end their career in the United States, in Asian countries or in their first club for more realism. Possibility of coaching a reserve team: Lyon B, Barcelona B, Porto B...
