Xbox One-PC cross play possible?

Hi.

Maybe a dumb question, but internet says one thing, my practice show difference and I'm not sure any more. 

So, is it possible to purchase a PC (or Steam) version of FM2022 and play it on Xbox One somehow? Official game site says it's possible, but I tried with FM2023 and couldn't figure out how and how to load cloud save onto my Xbox game. As the game (FM2022) is remove from digital stores, and nowhere a Xbox version can be found, I'm looking at PC version, if the cross-play is feasable.

When it says cross play in that conext it means network games (and that is between console edition on PC)

You can't play FM22 on Steam on the Xbox

I think I miss-phrase myself. Is FM22 cross-buy? If I buy PC (non Steam) version, will Xbox one be unlocked as well? As I have many achievements to finish and no means to purchase Xbox version anymore anywhere.

I don't know what you trying to achieve.

You can only play FM Console Edition on Xbox whether is 22 or 23 version.

Steam versions don't work on Xbox Consoles.
 

Achievments are not cross synced in any way or form.

It is not cross buy no.
