mouse features dont work properly

basically i managed to get the mouse working on fm23 console ps5, but when it does for some reason their is some sort of controller input and it doesnt allow me to do certain things like right click or even on the tactic menu it doesnt let me change between low, mid block and high press because some sort of controller input keeps on moving it down to low block before i have the chance to save it and change it to a mid block. I havent had this issue before and im not sure how to fix it, ive tried disconnecting the controllers( which arent even anywhere near the ps5 at all) but theyre not even connected to the actual ps5, so im not sure how theres controller input on the game.
