We're doing really well and challenging for the title which is really surprising. Fabio Silva is doing magnificently with 15 goals to his name, though Haaland has 21 and we still have 12 games to go before the end of the season in the league. Though some teams do have games in hand over us, but we're looking like we're going to qualify easily for the top 4. This is really good. Data Hub January Transfer Window Morgan Gibbs-White Another English player, and I know he's 25 so he probably won't improve anymore, but the club we sold him to was in the Championship, he was under what we got for him and he's a good Premier Division Player. Look at that passing and flair, too! Andre Kildare Youth goalkeeper, definitely helps he's English, and look at some of his physicals and his height! Tommy Doyle Another English player, and he's fairly young, and we have an option to sign him on for 13m, which is really fantastic. If he turns out doing well for the club we might pay it at the end of the season. Antony (no it's not the same Antony from Man Utd) Brazilian fairly young player who's fairly versatile and can play in 3 positions, pretty good. xray1324 Posted March 23, 2023 Author Share Posted March 23, 2023 February 2025 Results We're doing well, but I feel like I need to see more from Fabio Silva. 16 goals in 25 appearances, 22 of them starts, it's pretty good, but he needs to be scoring more consistently. I need him to be pushing for 2nd and 3rd topscorer, which he currently is on 3rd, but Isak is outscoring him right now. Lukaku is somehow really doing well. March 2025 Results Well, we're out of the FA Cup in the 5th Round, which we honestly could've done better in. Not too great in the league either with only 1 win in 3, luckily though we've not been beaten. We've just struggled to score. We're sitting in 2nd, though all teams around us have a game in hand, so we could actually drop out of the Champion's League spots, potentially. xray1324 Posted March 27, 2023 Author Share Posted March 27, 2023 May 2025 Results Well, we fell apart at the end, finishing 5th when we were looking like we could get into the top 4 or get runners up, but I'm not too upset. We're still in the top 6, and I hope to do the same or better next season. As for goals against, we ended up being 2nd in the league for the least goals conceded, 30. Who's going out next season? Well, we had a few players who struggled to perform, or just didn't play due to there being too much competition for places in areas. 3 goals in 23 after we had a good season-ish, even if most of those were sub appearances, it's just not good enough considering he played mainly as a striker. We will be looking to make a profit on him next season. Too much competition in his spot, and when he did play, he didn't score. We need a striker to score not to just run around all day. He might be on a 7.00 rating but he never scored. These two will be making way for Cunha and Silva to be our main strikers, with both doing well, though Cunha only started doing well when he went on loan. I'm sure though there will be others who will be going out, but these two definitely will be doing. Will be making a part 2 to this update later on. Pre-Season Transfer Window In Vitinha I brought in VItinha for fairly cheap as a solid midfield option . He's not great at being a finisher which isn't ideal since he can play as a Mezzala and a DLP. Youssoufa Moukoko Moukoko is a young German wonderkid who hopefully will give us more of a threat upfront, though he is likely to impact from the subs usually. Goncalo Inacio Solid defender who will make us stronger at the back. Nuno Tavares Pretty useful squad player who can play in multiple positions. Simone Pafundi Pretty high potential player who can play in multiple positions! Illan Meslier Jose Sa wanted a new contract so I ended up selling him as he was a 32 year old player turning 33, and I didn't want to keep that kind of old player on our books. Thank you, to be honest right now I want to make this a 1 club save, though sometimes what I do with this yearly save I do is after 10 years or so or after achieving everything-ish with Wolves I do like a journeyman thing in the same club. Besides, I quite like Wolves right now, though we've had a few cheeky offers in for our star defender Todibo under what we spent for him, and I'm kinda glad he's not upset about me declining those offers haha. We look good value to qualify for the Round of 16 for the Champions League too, which is fantastic. New Tactic We switched to a 4-2-4 mid-way through the month and it seems to be giving us good results, so we're keeping it. We finished 1st in the Champions League so far with 3 goals conceded and 18 goals scored. Really good. Awards This is really promising. New Budget Increase I've changed our Season Expectations to allow us to potentially get in another CB, though I know a GK is already coming in for 5m, but he looks better than both of our current GKs according to the scout reports. We've dropped down to 5th in the league, and finish 5th in the Champions League qualifiers, which means we're through to the round of 16. Awards Pretty good stuff. January Transfer Window In Lucas Chevalier Actually done fairly well all things considered early on as our starting GK. Likely to be our first choice GK next season too, and has got an assist earlier on! Marc Guehi 2nd best defender at the club, though his performances so far haven't shown it, but he's performing well in training. Jan Rajnoch Future star defender at the club, with bags of potential to grow, and his value has already skyrocketed. Out Few problem players out of the club, or players that weren't good enough and big offers came in for them. Semedo had become not good enough and people already wanted him anyways, Bazunu got a big offer in so I sold him on, Nathan Collins was upset about me getting in a defender better than him, and he had dropped to being 2 and a half stars CA with 3 stars PA so not worth keeping despite having 15 leadership, we do have someone better than him too in that department aswell in Guehi. This time against Crystal Palace, but we were forced to rely on Illan Meslier as earlier this month star goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier was made injured for a month, and we fell to penalties after they equalized on the 50th minute. Not Todibo's greatest game, though defensively we were solid, with us having 21 shots and 5 on target, while they had 16 shots and 7 on target, each of us only scoring once and their goal was a penalty. in midfield we weren't so good, though in attack we were good, though Cunha got himself sent off and Alex Scott Injured. Pre-Season Transfers (Mostly) In Emilio Junior Emilio Junior is a wonderkid who will have a positive role to play in our season to come, with a good personality and good attributes overall, and a bonus is he's 6 foot 6! He can also play as a left back and a central defender. Arsen Zakharyan Decided to sign this player on loan as he looked pretty good, and if he flops he won't stay, if he proves to be successful then I'll try to sign him. Martim Ferreira Ferreira is another portuguese player that looks pretty good, but right now just a prospect. Diogo Figueiredo Young portuguese wonderkid, though likely will be developed to play potentially in all 4 positions well. Only 19, so likely to be useful. Only a breakthrough prospect, too, so won't demand too much playing time, but he will likely get some playing time in cups. Joao Conte Joao Conte is another portuguese wonderkid, already pretty good and even though he's a breakthrough prospect, he'll likely grow into being a pretty useful player. Good finishing too! Youssoufa Moukoko After excelling on loan, he has been signed on and will be our leading goalscorer for years to come, hopefully. Looks amazing. Dane Scarlett Since he was on a free I thought why not see how decent he is, though this is a signing that isn't great so will likely sell him, but it basically means free money, haha. Out (Meslier wanted to leave as he's only a backup.) New Tactic, and players to fit those positions. Okay, maybe I have way too much depth at Attacking Midfield, though a lot of them are midfielders. Very impressive. Why has Silva been playing recently rather than our main striker? Well, Moukoko is out injured for 6 weeks, though 3 weeks have already gone by. New Tactic Wonderkids at the Club Roony Bardghji, Diogo Figueiredo, Emilio Junior and Joao Conte are wonderkids currently at the club, while Simone Pafundi is currently on loan.
