Attendance question

Hi All,

Apologises if this has been asked and answered previously but I've searched and can't find what I am looking for.

I downloaded the lower leagues database and chose Beckenham Town as my team to manage. I have so far managed four promotions and taken the team into league two. My question is around attendance and how to increase it. When I first started, I had x21 season ticket holders and this has now increased to x152. My average attendances was x100 at first and this has increased to around x600. My social media followers has increased rapidly from 2k to 78k! I think this is mainly down to a couple of good FA Cup runs, but that isn't showing a good reflection on home attendances.

My question basically is this: I went into the editor to have a look at Beckenham Town and it shows that the maximum attendance for the club is x1000. Does this mean that it will steadily grow to gates of x1000 and then stop? I fully appreciate the level of growth will be slow, but my worry is the fact that it has a ceiling which will have a huge impact of financial fairplay. I have the lowest budget in the league, but due to my income I am always close to the FFP limit.

Does anyone know the answer?

best bet is to ask creator of the custom league/db i think... unless others use it, any answers are guesses

An attendance that is edited for each club is as follows .................. average attendance on stadium, minimum attendance is the lowest and maximum is the highest attendance in foreseeable future .

As far as I know attendance increase slowly depending on your results.  Because is also tied to your yearly season tickets, the more you sell, the more people will come to your stadium.  Away fans is only those that come with the visitor teams, 40% means they are very popular and yours not, but if you are selling out, you don't need to worry where the fans are coming.

If you want to enlarge the stadium based on your attendance, you need to fill out the stadium several times in the year, and also have a positive income/balance so the board start the process, which can take one to three years (planning, searching for the site, getting the approval and lastly constructing) if it's a new stadium or less if it's just expanding.

Now, if you are talking about how to set the initial attendance, you have three (as previous poster said)

Stadium Edits

• Ground Capacity (GC): The max fans can hold the stadium.
• Seating: The max fans can hold the stadium but seated (can be similar to the GC)
• Expansion: The maximum capacity/seats can be place in said stadium.
• Used Capacity: Seats (or not) that are already used, must be similar as GC

Team edits

• Attendance: The average fans that would visit your stadium in home matches, can't be higher than than GC.
• Maximum Attendance: The max fans that would visit your stadium in home matches, this number can't be higher than GC.
• Minimum Attendance: The lower number of fans that would visit your stadium in home matches, can't be higher than than GC.
