Still quite a way before we get there but here's the league history so far:

Bayamon FC won the last edition of the 2022 Caribbean Club Shield against Inter Moengotapoe (the match is in Youtube too) before the format being replaced by the CFU Cup that leads towards the Caribbean Cup. Robinhood won it in 2019 before 2020 and 2021 got shelved due to COVID.

Elite Sports Club is a Cayman Islander football club based in West Bay, which currently plays in Cayman Islands' Premier League.

The Cayman Islands is a self-governing British Overseas Territory, and the largest by population. The capital city is George Town on Grand Cayman, which is the most populous of the three islands.

The Cayman Islands is considered to be part of the geographic Western Caribbean Zone as well as the Greater Antilles. The territory is a major world offshore financial centre for international businesses and wealthy individuals, largely as a result of the state not charging taxes on any income earned or stored.

No regulations against promoting B teams in the Cayman Islands - a couple years ago there were 1st team and B team in the top flight! Looks interesting

Had no idea! So far in this save the only other B team that's gotten promoted was Scholars B for the 2033 season.

Sport Vereniging Atlétiko Tera Corá, or ATC is a Bonaire association football club based in Kralendijk. The club competes in the BFF Kampionato, the top tier of football in Bonaire.

Bonaire is a Dutch island in the Leeward Antilles in the Caribbean Sea. Its capital is the port of Kralendijk, on the west (leeward) coast of the island. Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao form the ABC islands, 80 km (50 miles) off the coast of Venezuela. Unlike much of the Caribbean region, the ABC islands lie outside Hurricane Alley. The islands have an arid climate that attracts visitors seeking warm, sunny weather all year round. Bonaire is a popular snorkeling and scuba diving destination because of its multiple shore diving sites and easy access to the island's fringing reefs.

As of 1 January 2022, the island's population totaled 22,573 permanent residents, an increase of nearly 6000 since 2012. The island's total land area is 288 square kilometres (111 sq mi); it is 38.6 kilometres (24.0 mi) long from north to south, and ranges from 4.8–8 km (3.0–5.0 mi) wide from east to west.

Dang 0 holidays, that is an impressive number of spacebars. Wonder when you'll reach a team where you actually will need to pay money for players to win the league. Maybe Haiti or Jamaica? With this team you might beat your shortest job tenure record if their season is short enough.

The potential is there! I'd also need for there to be a job in the Bahamas available as well though otherwise I'll be staying here. I think Guadeloupe is probably the lowest ranked nation where I've seen players get transferred with actual money.
