Makoto Nakamura
February 2039 A great month sees us progress in the Caribbean Cup and have a perfect start in the Clausura, the difficulty being that the win over Academy Eagles is the first of five away league games, a tricky thing to have to face! We might get something off of Sugar Boys & St. Peter's. Group B has Robin Hood & Robinhood whilst also having Scholars and Solidarite Scolaire, what are the chances!
Makoto Nakamura
2039 Youth Candidates Just the three players with 5* PA, Jean-Claude Namphy is definitely the best of the bunch.

dalenichol
It's the amount of time that these managers are spending at clubs that is completely throwing me. 17 years, 13 years, 8,7,6,5...it's just mental. No wonder it can be a struggle getting a move to a new nation :/

A lot of clubs will have managers for ages in the lower leagues in the Caribbean.

KristianT
I find that when I start considering moving clubs I have really already made up my mind, so I admire the ability to stay where you are for several seasons while waiting for an opening where you want to be, and supposedly already half-way are, in your head. When I feel finished at a club I usually can't stand staying there any longer and rather resign and sim forward to where some jobs open up (or have a pre-arranged deal).
Zeonflux
Hey Nak great thread as always. Just a question from someone who’s trying their hand at a British Steel challenge and is struggling in the second tier in Wales. Im using the Sacchi tactic from the first page of this thread and was wondering how you prioritised attributes when playing with such poor players? It is quite difficult to stay once I've completed the nation but I always feel it's best to stay in a job and keep updating instead of being unemployed for a decade with nothing to report! 1 hour ago, Zeonflux said: Hey Nak great thread as always.
