No scouting recommendations

Hello everyone !

I dont know if I am doing something wrong or it is a bug in my game, but I am not getting any recommendations from scouts I sent out.

I attached my scouting page from fm, but I dont know if that helps, I'm just curious if it takes like a lot longer time they find someone or is something else.

All help greatly appreciated.

Hi @blejdek, can I ask what you set your scouting parameters to be, and how long they have been set up. Your recruitment focuses might be too difficult for your scouts to find suitable players.

Oh, sorry I forgot to mention that. The parameters are same by all and they are like this:

While you're waiting, have a read of this article:

Recruitment and Scouting on FM23 - View From The Touchline

It will explain your mistake: setting a four-star hard limit on potential means your scouts won't recommend players with 3 gold stars and 1 or 2 white stars. In other words, they won't recommend players that don't have a "guaranteed" 4-stars.

Hello, I've DM'd you my response, thank you.

Did you select every position on the field? I did previously and it came back with no results and the screens did match yours for white dots in each position. I think you leave them unticked and it should work.
