Sheriff7
JULY/AUGUST 2022 SEASON EXPECTATIONS PRE SEASON TRANSFERS OUT Last 4 were after Goodison appointment.Only Josh Dacres-Cogley was in Goodison plans but he really wanted to leave us and he could be a real bomb in our locker rooms. IN Last 4 came after Goodison appointment. Let's have a closer look at them. Dale came on trial with us firstly but with his great appearances in friendly games he took a deserved full time contract .Too bad he couldn't get a work permit and we must wait some months before we apply again. Lang came on loan from Southampton and he is already a key player for us. Another loan from our affiliate club Liverpool this time. He will take Josh Dacres-Cogle place and will give more depth in our defense. Last but not least another Jamaican who came on loan from Chelsea in the last days of the summer. STAFF Some big names here like Van Basten,Kolarov and Dembele. https://gyazo.com/418309718a78fbae0bb8d7a09e55290f SQUAD GK Doohan is our number 1 and Hewelt his replacement.Murphy is on sale. DEFENSE Davies,Simeu(center duo) O'Connor and Bristow will start in our defense. MIDFIELD Merie will be our DM. McAlear and Nolan will start as cm,Hawkes and Ros-Lang will take the wings. ATTACK Hemmings is our main front-man as we expect Jolley to return from his serious injury and Daley to take a work permit. Probably we are going to make another move in our Attack in free agent market. As you can easily imagine Jamaicans and English players are on first plan for us. TACTICS This will be Ian's major tactical plan. FRIENDLIES We worked our physicals attributes and on our tactical cohesion.Last 2 bad results brought some dark clouds over Goodison's head but he is too much experienced at this level and he knows results in friendlies means nothing. SKY BET LEAGUE 2 SEASON ODDS AUGUST SHEDULLE England and Qatar means too many games inside summer. We start our EFL league Two season with a W against Stevenage before we take an important point against strong Mansfield away from home.A brake for the league and an early exit from EFL Cup.Lincoln City is one category higher from us but we gave a good battle and send the game to penalty shoot out.Back for the league and our good run continued against Gillingham.A draw against Hartlepool before our first league defeat against Newport with bad performance.Second defeat against Colchester who start awfully their league campaign and some worries for Ian.August finished with a close win against Crewe for Johnstone's Trophy. LEAGUE TABLE Too early to say something. Not bad neither great for now. CARABAO CUP An early exit from Carabao cup. LEAGUE TROPHY A good start here. DATA It's too early for sure but right now attack is our main problem. We should create and score more. OTHER NEWS MANAGER First coaching course lesson for Ian. INJURIES Only Jamaican International Mattocks who was on trial with us had a major injury. SEASON TICKETS SALES BANK BALLANCE UPGRADES First upgrades. Also our board accept to create an U21s team. NEXT Two vey busy months for Tranmere and the first game for Jamaica. Edited December 23, 2022 by Sheriff7
Sheriff7
SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2022 SHEDULLE Two very interesting months who almost cost Goodison's place in Tranmere. September start bad for us with 2 defeats and 1 draw against Bradford City. A win against Salford some days later before we lose in derby against Bolton for Johnstone's trophy(with big rotation though).Another W for the league against Walsall and everything looked good in Tranmere's training center. But... 3 straight defeats in the start of October changed the whole situation and Ian's place in Tranmere suddenly was in serious danger.Actually if his team doesn't win next game against Leeds U21s he will get fired! Some changes from Goodison in training session and a lot of rest after our games had huge impact in the next weeks as you can see.First we won quite easily Leeds United U21s and get some much needed confidence. An important W for Goodison and his team in our next game against very strong this season Harrogate. It was a close game but we defend amazingly and hit them in counter. Schedule was very kind with us after this game and we faced 2 teams who are in relegation zone. Two much deserved W and Goodison finally feels comfortable again. Hemmings and our good defense (after mid of October) made the difference here. INFO As i said before October was a very difficult month... SKY BET LEAGUE TWO Very comfortable and close to play off spots. FA CUP Also we had the draw for FA Cup first round. Shrewsbury Town is one category higher from us. PAPA JOHNSTONES TROPHY We are in next round here. DATA Still we need work. Our xgoals are very good though. OTHER NEWS TRANSFERS Lewis said goodbye in the last day of summer transfer period and we loaned out a young player. INJURIES No big injury problems. FINANCES Still in white but very low... PLAYERS ON INTERNATIONAL DUTY Forget to take the pic.2 players.Hutchinson with Jamaica's men's team and Ross-Lang with their U21's. STAFF ROOM This will be national team staffroom under Ian Goodison control. You see 2 Icelanders here because Jamaica's last manager was Heimir Halgrimson. CALL UP Some big names here like Bailey (Aston Villa),Michail Antonio(West Ham) and D.Gray(Everton).Blake,Pinnock, Hector and D.Johnson will be very important too.White,Bernard,Russel,Hutchinson and Amani Richards are for the future. Also we had two important players out with injury.Liam Moore(Reading) and Kemar Roofe (Rangers). FRIENDLY GAMES We start this game with our noses up but Surinam is a good team and punished us with a goal after 40 minutes. We took advantage of our best player (bailey) after that and with 1 goal and 1 assist by him we turn it for the final 2-1. NEXT GAMES National team next games are quite far (next March).Too bad we don't have the option to arrange another friendly game until then. NEXT UPDATE We are in England's lower divisions so we are going to play games with WC in full action. Edited December 26, 2022 by Sheriff7

Sheriff7
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2022 WC 2022 A huge surprise in WC! SHEDULLE As you can see we aren't stable. November was great. We lost only one game against Swindon Town and won everyone else.Eliminate 2 clubs from higher divisions for the FA Cup was the highlight of this month + a win against Leicester Under 21s for Johnstone's trophy. December though was a different story... The start was good with a 2-0 win against Northampton but after that an awful seri. Tiredness is huge and cost us points. We score very difficult and our opponents kill us in almost every important chance they create! Also Harrogate eliminate us for Johnstone's Trophy. SKY BET LEAGUE TWO Mid-table until now but better results must come for Goodison and his team. EMIRATES FA CUP Aldershot Town from Varanama National League is our next opponent and a huge chance to reach fourth round. PAPA JOHNSTONE'S TROPHY Harrogate end our trip here. SCISPORTS DATA Again attack is our main problem. OTHER NEWS NEW (2ND) TACTIC It was time for Goodison to add his second tactic in our training schedule. WORK PERMIT F@@@ck! INJURIES We lost O'Connor and Turnbull for some weeks. BANK BALLANCE PLAYERS ON INTERNATIONAL DUTY BEST XI FOR 2022 U20s Good work for young Jamaicans. Sheriff7
JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2023 TRANSFERS OUT Some bench players left us. IN 3 young English/Jamaicans who will give more depth in our exhausted squad and Nikolas Castillo who (we hope) will solve our attacking problem. SHEDULLE Not good again.Only two W for the league against very strong and first placed Leyton Orient and 22nd Stevenage. As for the FA Cup we eliminate Aldershot Town in return game and we faced Premier League side Leicester. We gave a brave battle and lost difficult 1-0(Vardy the scorer). INFO 1 month for Goodison to save his job... SKY BET LEAGUE TWO We must reach top half. EMIRATES FA CUP A proud exit from FA Cup. SCISPORTS DATA No big changes here. OTHER NEWS MANAGER INJURIES We lost our best forward(Hemmings) for 3-5 months and it cost us points. Hawkes and Robinson were out for some weeks also. BANK BALLANCE And we are in red for first time. NEXT As you already know next month will be very crucial. Edited January 7, 2023 by Sheriff7
Sheriff7
MARCH/APRIL/MAY 2023 SHEDULLE Two very good months who secured Goodison's place in Tranmere for another season. Our programme wasn't so heavy this time and our players were in good fitness in most of these games, this was our main problem this season. SKY BET LEAGUE 2 So a mid-table finish which is enough for our board. INFO Thanks. SCISPORTS DATA You can see our good results here too.Better in attack and in defense. OTHER NEWS YOUTH INTAKE 2023 Our first youth intake is good. BEST POSPECTS Briscoe has Jamaica as his second nationality and that's why he get a contract. INJURIES Castillo is out for big space. We knew he had injury problems when we sign him and this deal was a big risk. BANK BALLANCE Of course we lose money. CALL UP Time for national team and Goodison first competitive games!Only Jordan Cousins(Wigan) is out with an injury. CONCACAF NATIONS LEAGUE MATCHDAY 5&6 A 2-0 win against Dominica. We dominate this game from the start and could had score more than 2 times. When you can't score in your chances (and they were too many) football will punish you. That's what happened here. GROUP TABLE Thank God it won't cost us....We are in league A. NEXT CONCACAF GOLD CUP 2023 DRAW SHEDULLE First important tournament for Jamaica under Goodison's control.A tricky draw against Martinique,Mexico and Haiti.Only one option for friendly game before the major tournament.I believe game 3 against Haiti will be the crucial and that's why we choose an opponent similar to them(Curacao). NEXT UPDATE SEASON REVIEW Edited January 15, 2023 by Sheriff7
Sheriff7
LEAGUE A mid table finish was exactly what we deserved. We weren't so good to hit play offs and promotion neither so bad to be in danger for relegate. Leyton Orient was amazing and won league title. Swindon Town,Crewe and Wimbledon(through play offs) won the promotion. Rochdale and Stevenage relegated. Excellent for the FA Cup as we reached fourth round and lose difficult from Leicester. Nothing great in Carabao Cup.We lost in penalty shootout from a team in higher division(league one). At St Johnson's Trophy we lost from Harrogate Town. U18s Great season for our U18s. An average year from our Goali Doohan. Very good season from Davies and Simeu in defense. Ok season from Bristow, O'Connor and Merrie. 43 apps from the bench for Robinson.Nolan, McAlear, Lang, Hawkes and Glatzel were our keys in attack. Hemmings scored 10 goals before his serious injury. SCISPORTS DATA An average season speaking for our data. FINANCIAL We hope for some good income on next month. TEAM AWARDS THE MANAGER FANS AND BOARD We have the support of our board and the fans. NATIONAL TEAM A friendly game and a first place in Nations League for Goodison's early days with Jamaica national team. ELSEWHERE IN ENGLAND Liverpool won Premier.Everton relegated... Watford(champs), Boro, Norwich City and a historic return for Blackburn Rovers. 2 more titles for Liverpool.Nothing for ManCity... ELSEWHERE IN EUROPE Liverpool lost from R.Madrid in CL final in an incredible season for them. Arsenal won EL. It was an "English" European season for sure. Time for Vacation.Next season will be the first one which Goodison will build his team with his choices. So it will be a very important one. NEXT UPDATE JAMAICA & GOLD CUP 2023! anagain
Nice turn around to the season there, and some promise to come with your youth winning their league so comfortably. I liked the look of that left back from the intake. Nerves must have been going for a bit there, I know very well how this FM likes to test the mind. The AI has improved. Best of luck for next season. Nice to see Eastleigh winning the NL in your save. I didn't really look at it in my write up (not much interest from Budapest!) but they did go up in my save too. I have a fondness for the club after managing them one year.

Only some players will be here next season too. As for the AI indeed has improved a lot and this is something very good and interesting. So Eastleigh will be one of our opponents next year. Sheriff7
JUNE 2023 CONCACAF GOLD CUP 2023 JAMAICAN FA EXPECTATIONS CALL UP Well i wanted to make some changes here but i hadn't the option...Probably this is a bug. Anyway our best players are here,no injury problems this time. FRIENDLY GAME A good performance and a win in our only preparation game before main tournament against Curacao.Bailey and M.Antonio look ready to lead us in Gold Cup. MATCHDAY 1 We won comfortable the weakest team of our group.Good try from Martinique but we are a much better team. Two goals from M.Antonio. An easy win for Mexico in the other game. MATCHDAY 2 Mexico is another story though and we lost easily.Game was open until 79 minute but they were much better in whole game.M.Antonio scored again after a great move and assist by Bailey before they injured. Both of them... INFO.... And our best players are out for the rest of the tournament... A difficult win for Haiti in the other game.As i expected everything will be decided in the last game. MATCHDAY 3 And we are out....Like every f@@ing time and in every version of fm (in the last group match game at these types of tournaments) my players were exhausted after 30 minutes and our opponents in much better condition.Game start with a bad injury of our target man Roofe(who replaced injured M.Antonio)...We opened the score first that with Parris(who replaced injured Bailey) and after that we left the field... Haiti had a team with much better physical condition and took advantage of this. Without Bailey and M.Antonio in field we hadn't any chance to turn this situation.Probably i had to make a whole rotation in this game(in every fm i tell this to my self). Another comfortable win for Mexico. GROUP TABLE(FINAL) Awful. REST OF THE TOURNAMENT Mexico won it. REACTIONS And for first time in my personal fm history i get sacked from a national team.I guess there is a first time for everything in this life... It was a really shock for me because i believe this is unfair after all these problems (squad selection, injuries, fitness problems) but this is their decision. Goodison still has his Tranmere job and he really wants to return in international level too(in Jamaica or in other nation). Sheriff7
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER 2023 TRANSFERS OUT Nicolas Castillo is a very good forward but his injuries and his age didn't helped him here.He scored some very important goals for us in his last games though. IN And a player with a great career will be his replacement. SHEDULLE A medium November followed from an amazing December. We have much better team and tactical cohesion now and it reflects on our results. Hootieleece
Congrats on Promotion! Anytime you achieve 92 or more points you should win a title or get promoted in League 2. anagain
Congrats on promotion. Salford just a bit too strong. Some big wows there. Signing Walcott to L2 showed grabbing power, even if he didn't play a lot. Liverpool and City as parent clubs...though a bit greedy😜 That Glatzel form in January and February! Good luck in L1.

Anytime you achieve 92 or more points you should win a title or get promoted in League 2. Any plans on changing teams? Keep Glatzel if you can he is a goal machine. (He was banging in 30+ goals a season in MLS at age 35 in a prior save) Thank you mate!Well at least for the near future i will stay with Tranmere. Also if an offer comes for a national team i will say yes.Excellent info for Glatzel. Edited February 8, 2023 by Sheriff7

Thanks!Yeah Walcott was (he retired next summer) a "shine" move and scored some goals(+ some important assists). Our affiliate with Liverpool end this summer and as for Glatzel indeed he was our star (scored 26! goals).
Sheriff7
SEASON 2024/2025 LAST SEASON REVIEW AND ENGLISH COEFFICIENTS 4 players from Tranmere Rovers! RECORD COEFFICIENTS 1st place for England. CLUB STATUS Some great news. SEASON EXPECTATIONS DEALS TRANSFERS OUT Stewart was very good last season but we found a better Goali this summer.Gordon wasn't good enough for this level. As for the released players T.Walcot decide to retire and all the others wasn't for league 1 level. IN Jamie came as free agent from Chelsea (he had 2 great seasons on loan to M.K.Dons) and he will be our main choice under Goalposts. J.Bellingham was here last season too on loan and his contract with Birmingham end this summer. We made a quick move on May and took his sign.Great move for us.He is brother of the famous Bellingham. Another great sign.He played for Bochum last season (on loan from PSG) and his contract end this summer. He had offers from other clubs too but he choose us.A leader for our defense. He came as a back up for our center back area. A great move!Gagliardini was free agent for many months but he played for Inter Milan and it speaks for his quality. A loan from ManCity who will start from the bench. Noukeu will be our back up Keeper. STAFF Many changes here. STAFROOM INFO NEW ASSMAN Most of you should know Goodison's new AssMan. Sheriff7
AUGUST/SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2024 EURO 2024 I forget to make this update in on my last write up.France won it and Goodison's new job (Armenia) participate for first time and reached 2nd round!First participate for Montenegro too. TRANSFERS No other moves from us.We still look for a forward and a right back in free agent market. SHEDULLE A busy schedule. We aren't stable as you can see and our main problem is in Attack. Glatzel injured again and we are out of good forwards. We tried to sign someone (Romero,Tedic and famous Gignac) but for different reasons(offer from other club, work permit and snub on our offer) we could clinch a deal.In defense our problem is more psychological i believe. Our opponents scored most times in their first ever "real" chance, after that we create but can't put it inside.Anyway a normal point collection for the league, a good campaign with a normal defeat and exit in EFL Cup from West Ham(2-0 defeat) and 2/2 W for Johnstone's Trophy. SKY BET LEAGUE ONE Not great not awful. EFL CUP We eliminate a Championship and a league 1 club before wo lose (difficult) from West Ham.Some good money (100,000 euro) from Gate Receipts at this game. FA CUP A good draw for FA Cup. ST JOHNSONS'S TROPHY Already in next phase here. SCISPORTS DATA And everything i wrote before are here too.Our opponent's score with fewer shots and we can't score in our chances.Αccording to our XGoals we should be in 2nd place and we are in 15th! OTHER NEWS INJURIES Another huge injury for Glatzel and this time it cost us a lot. Also we lost Gagliardini for some weeks. BANK BALLANCE PLAYERS ON INTERNATIONAL DUTY(SEPTEMBES&OCTOBER) GENERAL INFO Caparos retired from management. NATIONAL POOL KEY PLAYERS BEST POSPECTS TACTICAL PLAN Only one tactic for now. CALL UP(SEPTEMBER) First calls for Goodison. No injury problems UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE & FA EXPECTATIONS FRIENDLY GAME First result for Goodison and Armenia was a draw against weak Andorra. We create many chances but we had only 3 shots on target. A win for Georgia in our group opening game. MATCHDAY 1 Much better for Goodison in his first competitive game.We create a lot, scored and took a very important win against our main opponent for 1st place. CALL UP(OCTOBER) Same calls for October too. Goodison tries to "build" a strong and bound group of players. MATCHDAY 2 A very difficult win against surprisingly good Malta.A late goal from Adamyan gave us 3 points. In last minutes we used our scouting report for our opponents weaknesses and changed out tactic to a 4-4-2 formation. MATCHDAY 4 Away game in Georgia was a different story. The best team won here. Arana came to solve or attacking problem. He is a product of Spanish football(R.Madrid,A.Madrid and Villarreal). And the first Armenian in our squad will be an experienced right back. SHEDULLE Very good results at this space.A great league run with just 2 defeats in eleven games. As for cup games we won Alfreton Town and Notts County for FA Cup and Newcastle U21s and Barrow(in a crazy game) for Papa John's trophy. HIGHLIGHTS THE GAME It took me two screenshots to show you the scoreline and penalty shoot out. GOALS Some beautiful moves and goals from Berry and Bellingham. SKY BET LEAGUE ONE And we are in play of battle! FA CUP A very difficult opponent for the third round. PAPA JOHN'S TROPHY SCISPORTS DATA Much better. We can achieve more according to our XGoals stats. OTHER NEWS NEW TACTIC(3RD) A 3rd tactic who will get used when we are behind the score or we need a better result in game. YOUTH INTAKE PREVIEW INJURIES No big injuries this time. BANK BALLANCE PLAYERS ON INTERNATIONAL DUTY CALL UP Manvelyan is out with an injury and youngster Arakelyan will take his place (and his first cap). FRIENDLY GAME A draw in this friendly game against Moldova with big rotation. INFO OTHER IMPORTANT GAMES Georgia won easily in Malta and clinched first place in our Uefa Nations League Group. UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE MATCHDAY 4 Another difficult win against very (at least) harst playing Malta(6 yellows and 1 red card!) GROUP TABLE(FINAL) We lost first place in details. REST OF FIFA WORLD RANKINGS FIFA WC 2026 QUILIFERS DRAW A very difficult and interesting draw for the next qualifying section. How far did you get with the rest of those games in L1?

How far did you get with the rest of those games in L1? We lost play of spots 3-4 games before the end of the regular season. I believe losing Jamaican job made this save a little weird and didn't helped me to keep my interest. Anyway something new will start soon. Thanks for the interest again.
