Transfer budget - Can you save it up?

Question in the title.. if you have 50m and don’t spent it, and next seasons guaranteed budget is 65m does the board still give you the full 65m and as a result a total new budget of £115m

OR would they just top up your current budget to the value of the guaranteed next season budget?

Any unused budget from the previous season is taken into account by the board when they set the final budgets for the next season, but there is no guarantee as to how much- it will depend on all the finance factors from the last season and expected expenditure for the next one.
