Can you play the same save on 2 devices phone and tablet (Android)?

You can do it manually by finding the file on your phone and move it to your other device either by email, cloud upload or using a cable. You might want to use a file zipper to make the file size smaller.

If when you installed the game you created the recommended folder you'll find the save files here:

Internal storage -> Sigames [or whatever you named your folder] -> Documents -> Sports Interactive -> Football Manager 2023 Mobile -> games

They'll be called fm_save1.fms, fm_save2.fms etc depending on which slot you've used. The 'hidden' ones are your autosaves.

Of course, you'll have to remember to move it back again when you want to play on the other device so is rather fiddly to do.
