Give debuts to new players?

Would you ever give debuts to new players you've signed or leave them out until they've got to know the ins and outs of your team? I think it depends on if you're struggling or flying high, right?

well in my experience, getting 'gelled' in doesn't have much effect. Other thing is tactical familiarity player of the player, again not much important. I have seen my players performing well in matches outright the next day they've been in the club.

It also depends on the level you're playing at. At the top level you might want to introduce them gradually, but I play at the lowest levels where you don't have anything to lose. I'll habitually throw academy intakes into my first team within a week of them arriving.

The only time I wouldn't put somebody straight into the team is because they're a young player I bought for the future. Anybody else, will be playing ASAP.
