How to create and add a division to the pyramid in advanced rules?

Hello,

If I have been working for a while with an existing structure in advanced mode, and now want to add a division below the lowest one, how do I go about it after I have added it to the database?
 

I thought it was supposed to be List > Country > Nation > Division levels, but then it doesn't show up in the drop down for "Show rules for". Please let me know what I'm missing here, thanks!

You have to add your new division to the division levels section and the Country > Competitions page and you need to click on List, click Add, click on the drop down Show Rules For box and choose the new Other entry at the bottom, go to the General > Rules page for that and add your new division under Competition. Then setup the rules of course.

So there are 3 separate places you need to add it.
