I would definitely recommend managing in Northern Ireland, I reckon that it's the nation in Europe where you can play the most competitive matches if you go a long way in the cups! Scotland had basically turned into a second home for me after long Shetland & New Elgin saves on previous FM's. I don't think Northern Ireland is as bad as it used to be, I swear there used to be like six domestic cups to be a part of and now there's just three, I could be misremembering though. Tiarnan is now only a bit-part player aged 31 and the next oldest is Peter Morrow as the only 21 year old. With our average age being just 19 we still have a lot of room to improve.
