I often employ time wasting tactics.. and the GK & set piece taker promptly takes hours before kicking the ball. But they never get booked. You say that we, as managers, can order our players to waste time, but on the other hand, there isn't any possible penalty for that! I have used only that 'some times' option and just to avoid warnings... I voted for this. BTW.
