add 'Give Team Talk' button to quick sub menu (using zealand fme skin as base)

I'm using the zealand fme (v4.0) skin and want to simply add the 'Give Team Talk' button to the bottom right buttons when a sub is made, just like you'd have on the tactic screen during a match. I've been trying hard to find another file/panel that features that button so I can just copy the code but I can't find it. Can anyone help me out? I attached 2 screenshots to make it clear which button I mean.

The Hard part is not getting the button to the screen you want, it's getting the button to work once clicked.

the code for the button can be found here - "match/match confirm button.xml"

The file you want it in is this - "dialogs/tactics shortcut quick sub dialog.xml"

i had a short look awhile back, but at the time i didnt had the time to continie, so it landed in my todo list"

In the meantime I did find both of those files but haven't been able to succesfully add a working version of the button yet. Anyone able to help me out?
