Weird "Betcity Kubok Rossi" error without even touching Russia

Hi, im doing a database where i have made San Marino, Andorra, Gibraltar and Liechtenstein(added a league for it) to be playable using advanced rules. Everything is working correctly until i added a continental cup for these four nations to compete in outside of the other European Cups. I couldnt get it to work so i decided to put it inside Liechtenstein and now everything work, except when validating i get an error saying "Betcity Kubok Rossi needs 79 teams only 77 found". I havent touched russia or anything near to it. Only touched the above mentioned nations and their clubs and competitions. The version before adding the last cup did work and ingame russia worked and there were only 77 teams in the cup but worked anyway.

I have looked into russia and their advanced rules to try and fix it without having to touch russias rules but the qualification of teams to the cup on mentions "teams qualified for stage x" without any numbers or competitions so i dont know what to do. Anyone have an idea what to do? I will attach the editor file to this post if anyone wants to take a look.

The namefix explain why you see the commercial cup name. Please try again without the namefix activated. It is possible, however unlikely, that it interferes. 

 

The other answer isn't helpful at all but the editor sometimes give this type of error instead of the real problem.
