XaW Posted August 31, 2022 Share Posted August 31, 2022 The squad will slowly influence each other, so if you have lots of important players (in dynamics) with low determination, then this is likely to happen. 2feet Posted September 1, 2022 Share Posted September 1, 2022 Can also happen due to injuries, you should always set their training to rehab to help improve this. When you see an inbox message 'Player A has completed his rehabilitation phase and is now....etc' thats when you set his training to rehab. Its a bit confusing because the message says hes finished his rehabilitation phase, but thats the point when the rehab training option becomes available.
